Yunnei International, in Collaboration with Yingfeng Environment, Held an Overseas After-Sales Service Exchange

On November 1, 2025, Kunming Yunnei Power Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., in collaboration with the Service Management Department of Kunming Yunnei Power Co., Ltd., successfully held an online exchange meeting on after-sales service for non-road T4 engines with Yingfeng Environmental Technology Group Co., Ltd. This exchange meeting was led by Tao Xuezhi, a training instructor from Yunnei Power. The three parties conducted in-depth technical discussions and shared experiences on the service needs of Yingfeng Environment's sweeper vehicles in overseas markets such as Mongolia, Turkmenistan and Southeast Asia.

The non-road T4 engine supplied by Yunnei, as the core power unit of the auxiliary power system (auxiliary engine) of Yingfeng Environment's sweeper vehicles, is an important component supporting its overseas market business. This exchange meeting focused on handling engine faults in international markets, covering theoretical knowledge such as component performance, fault handling, and engine maintenance, aiming to help solve common after-sales problems overseas.

After the training and exchange meeting, the head of after-sales service at Yingfeng Environment expressed approval of the exchange results. The practical cases and solutions shared by the lecturers "directly addressed key challenges and proved highly effective", and he expressed hope that all personnel would apply what they had learned to future market issue resolution. Both sides noted that this exchange and cooperation will further enhance the export competitiveness of their products. This will not only help Yingfeng Environment enhance its overseas after-sales response capabilities but also support Yunnei Power in further developing its overseasmarket presence.
