Recently, a professional team composed of engineers from the Technical Service Department of Kunming Yunnei Power Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. and senior technicians from the Kunming Technology Center, in collaboration with Foton AUV, traveled to Laos to conduct specialized training on the D25TCIE engine. At the training site, the team adopted a "theory + practice" teaching model, focusing on the key aspects of engine maintenance. From the precise operation of specialized tools to the strict control of bolt torque, as well as key assembly processes such as bearing matching, cylinder liner measurement, and timing adjustment, the engineers demonstrated procedures step by step during disassembly, transforming complex technical points into clear and practical guidance. The service station maintenance technicians kept pace with the training, quickly mastering maintenance skills through "listening, learning, and practicing". The team provided real-time guidance and corrections to ensure that every trainee could proficiently master the operating standards. After the training, the participants noted that the content was detailed and highly practical, effectively addressing technical challenges in daily maintenance and laying a solid foundation for improving engine maintenance capabilities in Laos.
